Terms of Use
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for your use of FrameMate Slideshow.
1. Agreement
By downloading or using FrameMate, you agree to these terms and Apple’s Standard EULA. If there is a conflict, Apple’s Standard EULA controls to the extent required for an app distributed through the App Store.
2. License
Wallgrn Studios grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use FrameMate on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the App Store rules and Apple’s Standard EULA. The app is licensed, not sold.
3. Your photos, videos, and projects
You retain ownership of your photos, videos, and original project content. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to use, display, and share any content you select. FrameMate’s access to your library does not transfer ownership to Wallgrn Studios.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of irreplaceable media and project information. FrameMate is not a substitute for a photo-library backup.
4. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it; interfere with security or normal operation; use the app to violate another person’s privacy, copyright, or other rights; or use FrameMate in an unlawful manner.
5. Services and availability
Some functions depend on Apple services, device permissions, iCloud availability, local storage, network access, and the continued availability of selected Photos-library items. We may improve, change, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrameMate is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wallgrn Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or loss of data, arising from use of or inability to use FrameMate. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited as allowed by mandatory law and Apple’s Standard EULA.
8. Termination
You may stop using FrameMate at any time. The license ends if you materially breach these terms. Provisions concerning ownership, disclaimers, liability, and applicable law survive termination where appropriate.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Swedish law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts or consumer-resolution bodies available under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms to reflect changes to FrameMate or legal requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively. The date above identifies the current version.
